In 'perlsub' I see, "Subroutines whose names are in all upper case are
reserved to the Perl core, as are modules whose names are in all lower
case."

Are "import" and "unimport" reserved to the Perl core?  If not, perhaps
that's why they're not upper-case and would not need to be covered in
this location.
