Is Strawberry Perl 5.14 still alive?

I am using Strawberry Perl on Windows. When Perl 5.14 came out, I was
eager to install Strawberry Perl 5.14. However, I can't find version
5.14 anywhere on the site http://strawberryperl.com/.

The page still shows the same message for many month now:
Expected SOON: Perl 5.14.0 - Watch the space below.

Is Strawberry Perl 5.14 still alive?
