[PATCH] Allow Function names in parse_abstract_from

There are warnings processing ABSTRACT_FROM for Text::Abbrev and
Search::Dict, because the NAME section of the pod includes the
name of the main function.  This patch extends the ABSTRACT_FROM
parsing to allow a function name after the package name;
and adds a packages name to the NAME section of Text::Abbrev.
