What is the status of Text::Balanced?

Text::Balanced is listed in Maintainers.pl with upstream as ‘undef’, which means it hasn’t been discussed yet.  I’m only bringing this up because there are RT tickets for Text::Balanced, and I don’t know whether I can fix those bugs.  (I’m not volunteering to do any CPAN releases.)
