I propose that Carp should be dual-lifed.  For some time now it's been
sufficiently complex and featureful that one might require a particular
version of it, relatively independently of the version of perl that one
requires.  A couple of versions of it, distributed with perl 5.11.{0,1},
interact badly with Sub::Uplevel, breaking Test::Warn and its many
dependents for those perl versions, while that breakage could be avoided
if Carp were independently upgradable.  (Sure, 5.11 perls aren't anyone's
priority, but this demonstrates the relative complexity of modern Carp.)
