I’ve tried various things, but simply cannot reproduce this on OS X. Nor can I see why it would fail.

tie_fetch_count.t dies after test 101. Test 102 calls readdir on an unopened file handle.
Test 46 in coreamp.t tests &CORE::caller() in list context.  It does not interact with the system or locales.
