[perl #95540] POSIX.xs cosh() long double

While nosing around POSIX.xs I wondered if cosh() etc used the
long-double coshl() etc in a USE_LONG_DOUBLE build.

I see modf() uses Perl_modf() which gets the long double modfl().
Perhaps the same would be easy for floor() and ceil() with Perl_floor()
and Perl_ceil().  I suppose others would want configure checking to be
sure of the ldbl funcs libm actually has or doesn't have.
