Sigh. But apparently there was no intention to actually test anything.
As far as I can see, the new test_coplabel() function in APItest.xs is
never called by anything in the ext/XS-APITest/t directory. If no one
ever actually ran the code, that would explain why compiler warnings
and linker errors didn't bother anybody either.
