Please be careful when doing this.

"One off" forwarding is ok -- but you should then mark the perlbug
ticket as resolved and note that you've moved it to rt.cpan.org.

If you add rt.cpan.org as a permanent CC for a bug, you'll end up
creating multiple bugs on the rt.cpan side.

FWIW, Jesse and I have discussed finding a way to merge the bug
systems, but it's hard because of the ticket-id conflicts.
