[perl #92594] Document multi-dimensional array emulation in perldata

There is no documentation of multi-dimensional array emulation
in perldata. While it is documented in perlvar, this isn't a place
anyone who comes across such a hash subscript is likely to look.

The attached patch adds a brief description to perldata.

The patch is against a recent checkout of blead.
