lies in perldoc

At this point, I'd consider all but the most catastrophic out-of-date
docs to be 5.14.1 blockers, not 5.14.0 blockers.  In a few (ok, 20)
hours, I'll create a blocking ticket for 5.14.1 that we can link
5.14.1 blockers against.

Tom,

I apologize that I haven't had time to read through your doc patches on
my (too brief) layover.  I'm not sure which of your changes you consider
5.14 items and which are "when blead reopens"  

When you forward your doc patches to perlbug (hint hint) can you
identify which release you think they should be hitting?
