Hello, I'm curious about new compatibility check performed by Perl_xs_apiversion_bootcheck routine. It looks like that the check deals with PL_apiversion, which is initialized to PERL_API_VERSION_STRING, which is e.g. "v5.14.0". Does this mean that perl extensions compiled for v5.14.0 will not boot under v5.14.1?Thread Previous | Thread Next
