threads 1.81_03 not listed on cpan

Hi,
The threads module is listed as being upgraded in the latest release
of perl (5.13.8):

threads has been upgraded from 1.81_02 to 1.81_03.

However this module is not listed on
http://search.cpan.org/~zefram/perl-5.13.8/ (in spite of being listed
as a core module according to Module::CoreList) and the distribution
page http://search.cpan.org/dist/threads/ only lists version 1.81.
Shouldn't 1.81_03 appear on ttp://search.cpan.org somewhere?
