[perl #79450] PATCH: Unicode issued minor 6.0 correction; other nits

These three minor commits fix some nits in the generated uniprops pod, 
add in the minor just-issued Unicode correction, and change the 
implementation of the ALERT character work-around to not touch the 
Unicode 1 name from what it was, and should still be.
