As I look at unicore, it seems like most of the *.txt files are
unnecessary after building perl and the TestProp.pl file is
unnecessary after testing perl.

If that is true, and we only installed the generated *.pl files other
than TestProp.pl, it would cut the size of installed unicore from
about 17 MB to about 3.3 MB.

What do our Unicode experts think?
