The file perliol.h is #included by the following files:
win32/win32io.c
win32/win32ceio.c
ext/PerlIO-scalar/scalar.xs
ext/PerlIO-encoding/encoding.xs
ext/PerlIO-via/via.xs
without, apparently, any corresponding dependency in the relevant
makefiles. Can anyone more knowledgeable in this area tell me why???
(This just caused me a whole bunch of debugging grief as a changed
structure alignment in perliol.h wasn't getting picked up in some places.)
