HP-UX 64bit PA-RISC only fail for Unicode props

not ok 82844 - In "\x{11A8}\x{11A8}" =~ /(\X)/g, \X #1 should have matched \x{11A8}\x{11A8} but instead matched \x{11A8}.  Abandoning rest of line 81007
ok 82845 - In "\x{11A8}\x{0308}\x{11A8}" =~ /(\X)/g, \X #1 correctly matched \x{11A8}\x{0308}; line 81008

This only fails on HP-UX PA-RISC 64bit. (HP-UX 11.00 and HP-UX 11.11)

v5.13.3-250-g886e1cd was the last full pass I have
then followed a group of 'M' or 'm' (cannot make)
last M/m I have was v5.13.4-67-g364f83b first that
build again was v5.13.4-76-g47b1390
