So I read the 5.12.2 delta documentation and it mentioned some updated core modules plus some bug fixes and documentation updates. But then I asked search.cpan.org to show me a diff from 5.12.1, thinking it would be relatively small and so wouldn't say "too large". http://search.cpan.org/diff?from=perl-5.12.1&to=perl-5.12.2-RC1 But the results there seem wrong, and say these were the only changed files: AUTHORS Configure cpan/CPANPLUS/bin/cpanp-run-perl cpan/Cwd/lib/File/Spec.pm cpan/Cwd/lib/File/Spec/VMS.pm cpan/Cwd/t/Spec.t cpan/Module-Load-Conditional/lib/Module/Load/Conditional.pm Also, looking at the raw diff says "file doesn't exist". Maybe this is a search.cpan.org problem, but in case it isn't, this implies something was botched when making the 5.12.2 tarball. I haven't yet tried downloading 5.12.2 and running a diff on it on my own machine. -- Darren DuncanThread Previous | Thread Next
