Devel::DProf is obsolete. For details of why it can't be fixed, see

I propose that we remove it from core by 5.16. I'm not sure whether the
better approach is

a: package it on CPAN for people who (think that they) "really" need it
   (can be for 5.14+ only, which eases the backporting issues)

or

b: just kill it
