If I did it correctly, you should now see:
Smoke logs available at http://m-l.org/~perl/smoke/perl/
above the line "Automated smoke report" in reports from my Linux and Win32
smokers.
(I just added a $cfg->{note} to the XXX_config files and had
lib/Test/Smoke/Reporter.pm prepend that to the report if it exists.)
