First, please accept my apologies for this mixup. The distribution
you have found is primarily for the metaconfig units needed to build
perl. The README file you refer to is really more of a How-To. The
full Credits file is indeed included as dist-3.0at70b/Credits .
Still, I completely agree that the README should give appropriate
credit and be clearer about the whole overall organization.
I'll take a look at clearing this all up and documenting it better.
Thanks for pointing this out, and for your contributions to
metaconfig.
