Well, instead I fixed them with 175dcccfb62b30facb2b6aa0185dde20a805b549.
cpan/Test-Harness/t/regression.t and cpan/Test-Harness/t/taint.t just
required reinstating some previous core-only fixes that went AWOL
(and haven't reached upstream), which I found partly with the help of
Porting/core-cpan-diff -d Test::Harness
cpan/Test-Harness/t/source_handler.t was new, and I've just spotted that I
didn't make one of my changes conditional on $ENV{PERL_CORE}. Will fix.
