I have no objections. (I'd have been tempted to put it a tad later, in
the PRELIMINARIES section, where we used to have the ANSI requirement
explicitly listed, along with the anticipated disk space requirements.
But that's a tiny detail, not worth worrying about now. Where you have
put it is fine.)
