[perl #75062] [PATCH] perlport list of DOS/Windows perls updated for Vista/7.

This patch was requested immediately pre-5.12.0, when I mentioned that
the 64-bit Strawberry Perl had $Config{archname} =
'MSWin32-x64-multi-thread' and somebody went 'what??? That's not
documented.' So documenting it. Can't find the message, unfortunately.
