Another fairly lean week. Spent quite a bit of time on non-TPF perl
stuff instead like the magic method call reorganisation and diagnosing the
threads/PERL_ASYNC_CHECK deadlock (which hasn't got a ticket#).
Of the TPF stuff I did, it was mostly doing further fixes for #5475 which I
thought I had already fixed :-(.
