Working with 'perlbug' would be very difficult, time consuming, and
round trips would be enermous as there will be 100's of separate commit
(already is).

May I propose that I start a thread for each manual page" and use
standard "git send" to load it with ocmmits for review?

That has worked in Kernel and Git mailling lists quite efficiently.
