The original old code always interpreted lines like these as 'ol' HTML:
=item <number>
This made it imposible to write pure number 'ul' lists like:
ERROR CODES are:
=over 4
=item 10
=item 20
...
=back
So, the modified regexp *requires* that in order for user to ask for
'ol', the user must add a period after the number:
=item <number>.
Like in
=item 1. This is ordered list
=item 2. This is ordered list
...

The new code also fixes problem where anything with number was
interpreted as an 'ol' HTML, like in:
=item 7bit

TEST CASE
$ pod2html test.pod > test.html
RESULT
The '=item 7bit' is interpreted as numbered list and not indented correctly
in produced HTML.
