[PATCH] Fix ABSTRACT extraction warnings

First patch tries to find PODs in ext/ modules for the ABSTRACT_FROM
directive when creating Makefile.PL.

Second patch fixes the NAME section of various modules so that
ABSTRACT extraction works.  VERSIONs are bumped in these cases as well.
