Test::Smoke's utf8 tests fail, starting around my August 26th 3AM report
(which is a SHA that doesn't exist in git). I'll try to bisect it when I
get home if not already fixed.
(The "Benchmark.t" failure as well as "waithires.t" are why I don't have
it auto-Cc'ing for the Ubuntu smoker.)
