Substitutions don't work if the delimiter is the underscore character.
Reproduced under Suse 11.1 and rhel 5.3 .
$ perl -p -e 's#/32##;'
58.128.45.21/32 <<<<< input
58.128.45.21 >>>>> output

$ perl -p -e 's_/32__;'
58.128.45.21/32 <<<<< input
58.128.45.21/32 >>>>> output
