Whoops, spoke too soon.  Looks like

http://perl5.git.perl.org/perl.git/snapshot/blead.tar.gz

should do the trick for blead, and

http://perl5.git.perl.org/perl.git/snapshot/maint-5.10.tar.gz

for maint.  I'm told these are expensive for the server, so use other
methods if you have them, but if this is what you need to do smokes
then by all means use them.
