Here's some feedback on Perl 5.10.1-RC2.
The version of CGI.pm in this release is 3.43.
I recommend using 3.45 instead, which contains about a dozen bug fixes.
3.43 contains a regression-- a bug introduced in 3.37 where "0" quit working as
a default value in popup_menu().
At least that patch should make it into the release.

It also shows you the bug fixes in the unreleased 3.46 version, which is complete, but waiting for a blessing and upload from Lincoln.
