Perl::Critic performance on 5.10.1-RC1.

It's great!

Running

    perl -Ilib bin/perlcritic --noprofile --severity 1 --theme core --exclude TidyCode --exclude PodSpelling lib bin >/dev/null

from the base directory of Perl::Critic 1.102 with perl 5.10.0 takes 40 seconds on my MacBook Pro.  With 5.10.1-RC1, this becomes 33 seconds!  (with PPI 1.205; PPI 1.206 lowers it a fraction of a second more.)
