Thanks, applied to a new branch in the git repository, dual/Safe.

This is also a bit of an experiment. I don't have a separate
repository for Safe; I make releases of it from blead. So I'm thinking
about using dual/Safe as a staging environment for Safe paches, and
merge it to trunk once the $VERSION is bumped and the tarball uploaded
to CPAN.

I created the branch from the current blead tip. Which makes it not
mergeable in other branches that are not blead derivatives.

Alternatively that could be used for any dual/Module-Distribution if
the author wants to do it.
