[PATCH] t/safeuniversal.t failure under 5.8.9

Since the upstream for Safe.pm is 'blead', I thought I would
at least advise of the bug report/patch I submitted here:

The patch fixes a test problem with the CPAN version of Safe
when installed under 5.8.9.
