GitLive-maint-5.10.1-1731 fixes much, Test::Deep still broken

Just tested 5.10.1-1731 and many modules now magically work.
PPI, List::MoreUtils, Test::Pod all work now.
Looks like the only big challenge remaining is Test::Deep which fails
for versions 0.100 through 0.104 with the same failure. Here are the
two test case failures expanded.
