If these are what you're asking about, it's because something is
leaving a t/Big-Dummy/install-test/lib/perl directory hanging around,
these tests check to see that it's *not* there yet after doing a dry
run, and fail when they find it. If you run them manually, they fail
the first time, but successfully clean up after themselves, and then
succeed an a second run. So I just need to figure out which tests are
not cleaning up -- probably something in MakeMaker, or possibly
something in the shared testing infrastructure.
