Snapshots as tarballs (maint-5.10 too)

Something I wasn't aware of, which might be of use - gitweb can generate
snapshots of any commit. Well, it should be able to, but something silly
is up with the gitweb on perl5.git.perl.org. However, develooper.com can:

To generate a compressed tarball of any commit on blead, see the snapshot
links on http://git.develooper.com/?p=perl.git;a=shortlog

For snapshots of maint-5.10, see the snapshot links on
http://git.develooper.com/?p=perl.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/maint-5.10

Useful if you aren't able to install git, and you're behind a firewall that
dislikes rsync, or any other impediment to source code.
