Not for the OO- part, but I already actually do so, and so does
ActiveState. Most bundlers decide what modules they see best to be
added to the CORE distribution. My selection won't be what `the rest of
the world' wants, as everybody wants something else, but at least you
take away the default questions, like why doesn't perl have a GUI
module if you bundle Tk (or Wx). Same for DBI Date::* and so on and so
on.
