The enclosed patch adds Compress-Raw-Bzip2 to the core. Not sure if I've
updated all the files that need to be touched for a new module but what I
have done does build and install for me.

A patch to restructure ext/Compress-Zlib, ext/IO_Compress_Base &
ext/IO-Compress_Zlib will follow (once I get time to put it together).
