Unfortunately this also ended up with a failure.  It looks like it builds
miniperl fine, but there's a bunch of futzing around that needs to be done
with the cygwin32/ tools and paths.  It's possible a skilled and determined
person may be able to succeed, but since I'm currently getting clobbered
with tax paperwork (one of the many joys of running a small business), that
person isn't me.  ;(
