Suitability of VMS changes for maint

Craig, John,
I note there have been quite a few vms-specific changes to bleed over the
last couple of months. Since VMS is, for us mere mortals, a mystery
wrapped in an enigma etc etc, could you give me some general advice
on these changes' suitability for inclusion in 5.10.1?
I'm thinking about any changes since Dec 6th.
