Perforce change 34169 updated blead to Test::Harness 3.13.
In git, it is commit f7c69158501ed4705d71f069f23211f56bd55a2e.

Now the bizarre part...
    > git describe --long f7c69158501ed4705d71f069f23211f56bd55a2e
    perl-5.8.0-12745-gf7c6915
Why is this listed as a 5.8.0 change?

If you do 'git log -b origin/blead', it lists the above
commit, as it should.

However, 'git log -b origin/maint-5.10', also lists the
above commit! Why?

How do I reliably determine which branch (e.g., blead, maint-5.10,
maint-5.8) a commit applies to?
