Smoke report messages

Due to the absurd long change numbers, crucial information from smoke
messages now gets lost. At least if you, like me, use a mail reader
program with a limited width subject field.

E.g.:

    Steve Hay           Smoke [5.10.0] 35117 FAIL(F) MSWin32 WinXP/.Net SP3...
    Steven Schubiger    Smoke [5.10.0] 510200812191551034142267126794389717...

The first message subject tells me all. I know when to skip or inspect
its body. The second message subject is useless.
