[PATCH] Update version of Module::Loaded

Greetings,

same issue as with Package::Constants and Log::Message;  
Module::Loaded was
released before it went into the core. Even though no code change has  
taken
place, I've updated the distribution's Makefile.PL's to install in  
the 'core'
rather than 'site' dir as of its inclusion version.

Of course, this meant and update to the CPAN version, and attached is a
patch that basically updates the version of the libraries in core as  
well.
