Yes, I knew about most of those. Reasons for sticking in

Digest::MD5 recently went to 2.37 without code changes, and then to 2.38
with code changes. I'm going with 2.37, because that's less risky.

File;:Temp 0.21 appeared after I'd decided that it was freeze time for 5.8.9
I wasn't aware that Win32API::File has been updated, it's not been updated in
blead, and it's past freeze time now.
