[perl #60262] croak(0) crashes

This is a bug report for perl from perlbug@plan9.de,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.36 running under perl 5.10.0.

Everytime a perl module invokes croak(0), perl crashes in Perl_vmess.

The reason is that Perl_vcroak is attributed like this:

   PERL_CALLCONV void      Perl_vcroak(pTHX_ const char* pat, va_list* args)
                           __attribute__noreturn__
                           __attribute__nonnull__(pTHX_1);

which causes gcc-4.3.2 to (correctly) assume that pat is != 0, therefore
optimising the pat != 0 test to true inside vcroak, causing the crash when
it is 0.

Changing NN to NULLOK in embed.fnc makes perl work as expected.

This happens in 5.10.0 and also in the current 5.10 maintainance branch.

(Note that other functions might be affected as well)
