Attached is the patch for upgrading constant.pm to version 1.17:

1.17    2008.10.29    SAPER (Sébastien Aperghis-Tramoni)
         [TESTS] Moved the TRAILING test from t/constant.t to t/more- 
tests.t
         in order to avoid FAIL reports when executed with Test::More  
0.82+

Note that t/more-tests.t is only executed when in author mode.
