Should I submit 5.10 patches not on git, or move to git, and if sodo I wait

I'm still not clear was to what to do.  I have a couple of small patches 
to bugs I've found and reported in 5.10 blead.  Should I move to git 
first, and if so, is git ready now?  Or is it all right to submit them 
on non-git?
