XSLoader_pm.PL small improvement

Hi,

the idea is that no need to calcualte string "${module}::bootstrap" once again, because it was already calcualted few lines before.

Also, while at it, I've renamed variable "my $b" to "my $boots" - I guess the name derived from "bootstrap".
(I wish it named $boo)
